Refunds will be considered only if there is a clear, visible deficiency in the delivery of the purchased service or product by Bizpro Compliance Services or its designated representatives.

Refunds will not be granted if a customer changes their mind after making a payment for a service.

Customers withdrawing their application due to external factors, such as rejection from the Registrar, Trademark office, or any other entity, are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds will not be processed if an application is pending with the relevant government department for an extended period.

Requests for refunds made 30 days after the purchase or completion of service/product delivery, as communicated through email or any other form of notification indicating the completion of work, will not be considered.

Orders will be deemed null and void if the client is unresponsive for over two months, and such cases will not be eligible for a refund.

If your refund request is approved by Bizpro Compliance Services, you will be notified via email. The refund process may take a minimum of 15 business days to complete, and the refunded amount will be credited to your bank account.
